I successfully graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. In the same year, I was entitled to be an assistant in the Ministry of Health Ankara Hospital Eye Clinic in the medical specialization exam. In the first year of my specialization, I performed my compulsory service at Çorum State Hospital.
Between 2001 and 2021, I worked as an ophthalmologist in various hospitals in Mersin.
Throughout my professional life, I have participated in many international and national meetings, both as a speaker and as an audience, to follow the current developments in the field of ophthalmology.
As an Ophthalmologist Surgeon with over twenty years of experience and about forty thousand surgical cases, I continue my patient care at ÜLKÜ ÇİÇEK EYE Clinic.
